Should there be any omission or requirement on documents during the processing of the case, we will notify the customer via instant messaging, and the "Service Pledge Timer" will be paused. After the documents are received, the timer will be automatically resumed. All communications are recorded to achieve mutual monitoring on both client and our side.

The general service process of 321biz is as follows:
Verification
Our customer service representatives will contact you to collect account or case opening documents and verify your identity.
Count-Down to the expected delivery date.
Our offline employees complete your case within the specified committed time limit. Meanwhile, you may log in to our mobile app "321Chat" (Coming Soon), and all communication details and case progress can be seen at a glance.
Delivery of completed case
After the case is completed, some documents may need to be signed by the customer in person. An appointment will be made to discuss and deliver the documents. For some cases where there is no need to meet in person, we will express the documents to the customer in the form of "pay on delivery".
Remarks for future improvement
After the case is completed, the customer service specialist will provide a follow-up memo for the case. For regular cases, customers will receive case opening reminders and preparation notes before the next due date; For one-off cases, customers can also receive other related follow-up service information
