Appendices and Notes:

af = Annual Fees will be charged at flat rate from the date of selection to the month prior to the next anniversary.

arff = Annual Report Filing Fees, and there is an additional government fee of HK$105 (fully waived for two years after the 20/21 budget comes into effect).

br = Business Registration. A full waiver of business registration fees for 2019/20 (full waiver for one year after the 20/21 budget comes into effect), and other government levies collected through business registration are currently HK$250 and has no waiver.

cs = Company Secretary. Employment of TCSP licensed company designated by the platform shall be the nominal Secretary of the client's company.

et = Extended Time. The majority of  "Specific Documents" were physically settled or takes a longer period to complete.
gf = Government Fee. Additional charges may be given by the Government.

im = Instant Messenger. Instant Messaging Software such as Whatsapp ® , Kaizala ® ,WeChat ® , etc., or assisted by Phone or Email.

ip = Identity Proof. Clients must verify his/her identity through the platform,such as Payment by FPS via the Bank, Proof of identity or 3-month Proof of Address, etc.  

ay = Anniversary Year. A 12 month period from the month of the next anniversary. If it is less than 12 months from the date of selection to the next anniversary, it will be charged on a monthly basis.

ro = Registered Office is only available for collection and inspection of Bank and Government Documents on behalf of the client. ​

rn = Rename service excluded HKSAR execution fee at HKD295 and remade company chop fee at HKD260​
