In accordance with the recent epidemic, the Hong Kong Government now introduces the D-biz Programme (the "Programme") under the Anti-epidemic Fund through Innovation and Technology Commission. A subsidy up to $300,000 HKD will be given to support enterprises to adopt IT solutions for developing distance business. For more details, browse the government website: u.hkpc.org/dbiz . 

 

The "Programme" regulates that Applicant submits an audited statement of expenditure that covers the entire project (with $3000 subsidized by the Government) prepared by an independent auditor. 321biz can prepare and provide the Audited Statement of Expenditure ($2990 Service Charge), interested enterprises can submit the following information to get an official quotation:  

 

• Name of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solution 

• Person in charge of the Solution 

• Name of Enterprise

• Address of Enterprise

 

Other information related to the Programme:

Subsidy Amount

Each ICT Solutions along with training expenses of employee has a maximum amount of $100,000 HKD subsidy (With maximum of 10% subsidy on related training expenses). Each enterprise could get a maximum of $300,000 HKD of Total Subsidy for a maximum 6-month long funded projects.

Open for application starting from 18/05/2020 9 A.M. to 31/10/2020 6 P.M. 

 

Eligibility

1. Enterprise is under the business form as Limited Companies (Excluding Listed Companies, Statutory Bodies and Publicly funded Non-governmental Organizations); 

2. Holds a valid business registration certificate; 

3. Under operation before 01/01/2020; 

4. By the time of application submission, a substantial business related to the industry applied is still under operation.
